1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful exam preparation. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or trying to circumvent device limits is prohibited.

2. Device limits

• Individual exam purchases: 1 device.
• Weekly and Monthly subscriptions: 2 devices.
• Annual subscriptions: 4 devices.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans grant access for the period stated at purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Access begins when an administrator approves your payment.

4. Refunds, cancellation, and downgrades

• Individual exam purchases: refundable within 7 days.
• Weekly subscription: not refundable.
• Monthly subscription: refundable within 7 days.
• Annual subscription: refundable within 30 days.

Outside these windows refunds are not granted. Downgrades are handled as an eligible refund of the current plan followed by a new purchase.

5. Content

Exam content is original material written by certified professionals for personal study only and may not be redistributed.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, including credential sharing or repeated device-cap evasion.

The platform is provided as is. We do not guarantee passing the corresponding real-world certification.
