Refund windows start on the day your purchase is approved, which is the activation date.
Device access
Individual exam purchases are limited to 1 device, weekly and monthly subscriptions allow 2 devices, and annual subscriptions allow 4 devices.
Release one of your signed-in devices from your profile and then sign in again on the new device.
No. The same browser on the same machine counts as one device unless you clear its stored data and create a new fingerprint.
Refunds and subscriptions
Individual exam purchases are refundable within 7 days. Weekly subscriptions are not refundable. Monthly subscriptions are refundable within 7 days. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days.
No. Plans expire at the end of the prepaid term and you choose whether to renew.
Downgrades are handled as an eligible refund of the current plan followed by a purchase of the cheaper plan.
